PHP Developer / Software Engineer

The primary responsibility of the PHP Developer / Software Engineer is to develop information systems by designing, developing and installing software solutions.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Software Engineer is to develop information systems by designing, developing and installing software solutions.
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Applied Mathematics or equivalent 4+ years Industry experience with references and code examples.
3-5 years hands-on software development experience for best consideration.
Experience with PHP or another language for developing SaaS.
Experience with Linux, Unix, Ubuntu, CentOS, Apache, or other related server languages is a plus
Experience with SQL relational databases eg. MySQL, MsSQL, CMS such as WordPress.
Experience with Micro-service, RESTful design methodology is a plus.
Must have exceptional communication skills and ability to get along well with others.
Ability to prioritize and adjust to the changing demands of the position.
Required ability to handle and adapt to stressful situations.
Proactively manage support pipeline.

Digital Marketing Assistant

About You
The person filling this position will be a creative, hardworking, energetic, self-starter and dynamic team player.
Responsibilities
Content creation and drafting blog posts, social media posts, sales collateral and other outward facing materials.
Assist in managing company’s wordpress site.
Coordinate with the development team on the design and launch of new features.
Draft release notes and other internal communication pieces
Research healthcare related news, policies and laws that directly impact clients.

Required Skills
Proficiency in HTML/CSS
Writing skills and an eye for editing is a must.
Willingness to research and dig into a problem.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to see a project through from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have some experience with WordPress, Photoshop, minor video editing and managing a company or brand’s social media presence.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Google apps is a plus.
A desire to learn and become an integral part of a fast-paced team.

Education & Content Specialist (Marketing)

Position Summary

The Education Manager position requires someone experienced with SAAS training and support, content management, and project ownership.

The successful candidate must be an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who is able to work with stakeholders and content experts to create and manage education for both internal SurveyVitals employees as well as external clients (both clinicians and administrative team members). Education will focus on complex messages including product value and associated features, how-to’s, and improvement methodologies within the SurveyVitals platform. Education material creation, management, maintenance, engagement tracking, and potential quiz/testing scenarios are critical components to success.

Outline of Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and manage educational content of Internal SurveyVitals Employees and Clients:
-Orientation of SurveyVitals.com and associated Resources
-Ongoing creation and updating of education materials. Features, FAQs, Help Center, Development Release notes, and Blog materials.
-Development and ownership of weekly internal SurveyVitals training calendar with programmatic, scheduled, synchronized and consistent presentations to the SurveyVitals team.
-Engagement and usage tracking of the above will be a key component of this position.
SurveyVitals University Curator:
-Ownership of the SurveyVitals University web page(s) with direct responsibility for monitoring content, ensuring its relevance and updating as needed.
Content Creation must haves (qualifications)
-Video experience required.
-Superb writing ability required.
-The ability to simplify and explain complex concepts, ideas, and policies is crucial to success.
-Photoshop skills preferred

The successful candidate will take ownership of all things education related within the SurveyVitals organization.

Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager will be a process oriented person who will lead and motivate the Support Team to ensure they are giving the best customer service possible and will work to maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem solving knowledge and resources.

Requirements
Lead and manage the Support Team by example with a strong desire to learn, grow and create an effective, excited and outgoing team.
Become a problem solver for the SurveyVitals solution.
Develop and maintain support staff training and development.
Hold the Support Team members accountable by managing performance metrics and daily tasks.
Maximize customer performance and satisfaction by providing resources and technical advice within your experience and expertise.
Manage the CRM and be able to audit customer service histories.
Oversee the addition and updating of contacts and documentation in our CRM system.
Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers and Support Team staff and will be accountable to the CMO and Leadership Team.
Oversee the maintenance of documentation for all tasks and processes within the Account Management Team.
Oversee, guide and be accountable for the activities of Client Account Managers and report their performance to the CMO and Leadership Team
Work in collaboration with Leadership team and Marketing team to contact clients and update them on new functionalities and system updates.
Participate and lead ongoing employee review and training opportunities.
Effectively communicate the SurveyVitals solution to clients and other members of the Support Team.

Qualifications
5+ years of outstanding customer service.
3+ years of customer service management.
2+ years project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
CRM experience is required; preferably Zoho.
Must have ability to grasp processes quickly.
Must be a natural leader and expert in customer service process.
Must be an outstanding “doer” (go-getter).
Excellent communication skills are required.
Ability to talk knowledgeably and effectively to physicians, administrators and other high level people to resolve problems.
Ability to communicate via email or live chat using good writing skills and correct grammar.
Ability to stay polite and patient in stressful situations.
The ability and passion to mentor and teach others.
The ability to give feedback to underperforming support team members.
Ability to spot inefficient components of the process relating to client satisfaction.
Will work in conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer and Leadership Team.
