Business Development Representative

Location: Boise, ID

Opportunity

The Business Development Representative will be an autonomous self-starter with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills. The successful candidate will participate in a fast-paced, inside sales and Business Development team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong knowledge of the solution and value to prospects.
  • Participate and assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
  • Conduct high-level research to identify prospects.
  • Make initial calls to engage prospects with our unique solution.
  • Identify and help to develop strategic relationships with potential clients.
  • Assist with the coordination of events like webinars, conference scheduling, etc.
  • This is an inside position; excessive travel is not required. Travel includes but is not limited to conventions and organization retreats.
  • Add and update contacts in our CRM system.
  • Exemplary note taking also shared in our CRM system.
  • Create and maintain documentation for all tasks.
Requirements

Business/Data Analyst

Location: Boise, ID

Opportunity

The Business/Data Analyst will conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. The Business/Data Analyst will develop analysis and reporting capabilities and will monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. The successful candidate will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical building, validation and accuracy, take point on white papers, as well as assist in testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features. A flexible and positive attitude and excellent time management skills will be keys to success for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Validate and verify statistics.
  • Optimize and develop query standards.
  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
  • Participate in and contribute to the entire software development life cycle process.
  • Interface with QA Lead, software developers and other technical team members to review system requirements.
  • Track and report on issues and solutions and escalate as appropriate.
  • Work closely with QA Test Lead and developers to resolve problems.
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements.

Requirements

Software QA Analyst

Location: Boise, ID

Opportunity

The Software QA Analyst will thrive in a fast-paced, intimate environment as an integral part of the development team’s success and must be very detail-oriented and a self-starter who is able to collaborate well with others. The Software QA Analyst will report to the QA Test Lead in an agile development environment.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in and contribute to the entire software development life cycle process.
  • Interface with QA Lead, software developers and other technical team members to review system requirements.
  • Track and report on issues and solutions and escalate as appropriate.
  • Assist QA Test Lead in creating test reports that detail testing results.
  • Participate in design reviews.
  • Work closely with QA Test Lead and developers to resolve problems.
  • Maintain and develop automated test suite.
  • Provide feedback detailing current processes or recommend alternate modifications.
Requirements
  • Able to organize and document task lists.
  • Must be able to work with little supervision and in significant time constraints.
  • Experience with testing management software desired.
  • Working knowledge of process and task management methodology desired.

  • At least 1 year experience in software testing.

Customer Service Specialist

Location: Boise, ID

Opportunity

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for complete relationship management of their accounts. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key points of contact, and demonstrating the full value of the SurveyVitals solution. The Customer Service Specialist must be a fearless customer service champion committed to demonstrating the value of full engagement with the SurveyVitals solutions. The Customer Service Specialist also answers client queries and identifies new growth potential among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Business Development and Software Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide performance goals. Ultimately, a successful Customer Service Specialist should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services for the long-term.

Requirements
  • Strong aptitude for project management and technical abilities for successful and timely onboarding of new clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client account matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A background in healthcare is a plus.
