Development

Software Engineer

Location: Boise, ID or Minneapolis, MN

Opportunity
The primary responsibility of the Software Engineer is to develop information systems by designing, developing and installing software solutions.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Software Engineer is to develop information systems by designing, developing and installing software solutions.
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Applied Mathematics or equivalent 4+ years Industry experience with references and code examples.
3-5 years hands-on software development experience for best consideration.
Experience with PHP or another language for developing SaaS.
Experience with SQL relational databases eg. MySQL, MsSQL, CMS such as WordPress.
Must have exceptional communication skills and ability to get along well with others.
Ability to prioritize and adjust to the changing demands of the position.
Required ability to handle and adapt to stressful situations.
Proactively manage support pipeline.

Client Support

Client Account Manager

Location: Boise, ID or Minneapolis, MN

Opportunity
The Client Account Manager will assist our client base with best practices and tutorials of the SurveyVitals solution on a continuing basis. The Client Account Manager will have ownership of maintaining client loyalty and retention. They will assist with day to day incoming requests, as well as ongoing projects to create an environment of constant improvement and the satisfaction of being a catalyst of change and growth.

Responsibilities
Responsible for promptly responding to client requests by email, phone, and live e-chat.
Once the onboarding process has been completed, responsible for taking ownership of client satisfaction.
Implement training for the client and instruct on best practices, meaningful use, and data interpretation.
Responsible for monitoring compliance with security, HIPAA, and client agreements.
Participate in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language that best fits with the client’s needs.
Being able to direct clients to use our product for the optimal results.
Improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes to the Development Team.
Update job knowledge by participating in and contributing to educational opportunities on an ongoing basis, both internally and externally; maintain personal networks on an ongoing basis.
Ensure there is proper documentation for all client interactions via email, phone, and/or live e-chat.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and written, at all levels within the organization.
Strong customer service, technical support, and revenue producing skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize current workload as requests develop, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong computer knowledge and the ability to learn new systems is a must.
Must possess strong networking and relationship building skills.
Ability to be a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as a team setting across multiple departments.
3-5 years of customer service training or experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
