Software QA Analyst

Location: Boise, ID

Opportunity

The Software QA Analyst will thrive in a fast-paced, intimate environment as an integral part of the development team’s success and must be very detail-oriented and a self-starter who is able to collaborate well with others. The Software QA Analyst will report to the QA Test Lead in an agile development environment.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in and contribute to the entire software development life cycle process.
  • Interface with QA Lead, software developers and other technical team members to review system requirements.
  • Track and report on issues and solutions and escalate as appropriate.
  • Assist QA Test Lead in creating test reports that detail testing results.
  • Participate in design reviews.
  • Work closely with QA Test Lead and developers to resolve problems.
  • Maintain and develop automated test suite.
  • Provide feedback detailing current processes or recommend alternate modifications.
Requirements
  • Able to organize and document task lists.
  • Must be able to work with little supervision and in significant time constraints.
  • Experience with testing management software desired.
  • Working knowledge of process and task management methodology desired.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to a constantly changing technological environment.
  • At least 1 year experience in software testing.

Client Account Manager

Location: Boise, ID

Opportunity

The Client Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for complete relationship management of their book of accounts. The CAM must be a fearless customer service champion committed to demonstrating the value of full engagement with the SurveyVitals solutions. The CAM also answers client queries, identifies new growth potential, and ultimately creates an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements
  • Strong aptitude for project management and technical abilities for successful and timely onboarding of new clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client account matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships.
  • Must be excited to approach changing priorities with positivity and a desire to grow the business.
  • Accountable for monitoring compliance with security, HIPAA, and client agreements.
  • Ability to direct clients to fully utilize our product for optimal results.

Qualifications

Database Administrator

Location: Boise, ID

Opportunity

The Database Administrator will be responsible for the performance, integrity and security of the SurveyVitals database and will be involved in the planning, development, maintenance and troubleshooting of the database on behalf of the users.

The DBA will ensure that:
  • Data remains consistent across the database;
  • Data is clearly defined;
  • Users access data concurrently in a form that suits their needs;
  • There is provision for data security and recovery control (ensuring all data is retrievable in an emergency).
Responsibilities
  • Create and manage multiple databases and assist in capacity/scaling planning.
  • Maintain multiple database environments – stage and production.
  • Confirm project requirements by studying user requirements; conferring with others on project team.
  • Maintain data dictionary by revising and entering definitions.
  • Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Determine changes in physical database by studying project requirements and identifying database characteristics.
  • Change database system by coding database descriptions.
  • Protect database by developing access system; specifying user level of access.
  • Maintain user reference by writing and rewriting database descriptions.
  • Monitor performance and manage parameters in order to provide fast responses to front-end users.
  • Consider both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users.
  • Maintain data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act.
  • Develop, manage and test backup and recovery plans
  • Ensure that storage and archiving procedures are functioning correctly.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, project managers and software developers.
  • Communicate regularly with operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.
  • Create reports and write small programs to test and analyze the database.
Requirements
  • Experience working with Aurora-MySQL, MY SQL, or other SQL based database languages.
  • 3 to 5 years experience as a Database Developer, Data Analyst or Database Manager.
  • Adequate knowledge about data mining and data warehousing concepts.
  • Thorough knowledge in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Extensive knowledge of software platforms and various server programming languages including PHP.
  • Experience maintaining databases within AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a plus.
