Client Account Manager

Location: Boise, ID

Opportunity

Client Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key points of contact, and demonstrating the full value of the SurveyVitals solution. The CAM must be a fearless customer service champion committed to demonstrating the value of full engagement with SurveyVitals solutions. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new growth potential among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Business Development and Software Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide performance goals. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services for the long-term.

Role Requirements
  • Strong aptitude for project management and technical abilities for successful and timely onboarding of new clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client account matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships.
  • Must be excited to approach changing priorities with positivity and a desire to grow the business.
  • Capable of discussing pricing and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Implement training for the client and instruct on best practices, meaningful use, and data interpretation.
  • Accountable for monitoring compliance with security, HIPAA, and client agreements.
  • Ability to direct clients to fully utilize our product for optimal results.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and recommend changes where appropriate to the Development Team.
  • Commit to consistent growth and enjoy a variety of learning opportunities.
  • Ensure there is proper documentation for all client interactions.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Ability to take a project from inception to long-term completion maintaining timelines and team focus.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Solid experience with relationship management software and MS Office.
  • A willingness to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Self-motivated individual who is capable of flexibility in working alone and closely with teams.
  • 3-5 years of customer service training or experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A background in healthcare is a plus.

The primary responsibility of the Software Developer is to develop information systems by designing, developing and installing software solutions.

Requirements
  • The primary responsibility of the Software Developer is to develop information systems by designing, developing and installing software solutions.
  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
  • Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
  • Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
  • Protects operations by keeping the information confidential.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
  • Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Applied Mathematics or equivalent 4+ years Industry experience with references and code examples.
  • 1 year on-the-job software development experience; 3-5 years experience for best consideration.
  • Experience with PHP or another language for developing SaaS.
  • Experience with Linux, Unix, Ubuntu, CentOS, Apache, or other related server languages is a plus
  • Experience with SQL relational databases eg. MySQL, MsSQL, CMS such as WordPress.
  • Experience with Micro-Service, RESTful design methodology is a plus.
  • Experience with Angular/React Component Driven design is desired.
  • Must have exceptional communication skills and ability to get along well with others.
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust to the changing demands of the position.
  • Required ability to handle and adapt to stressful situations.
  • Proactively manage support pipeline.
